Alternative Heating Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") uses automated text messaging to respond to customer inquiries and confirm receipt of voicemails. This service helps us provide timely responses when we're unable to answer your call immediately.

This is NOT a marketing program. We only send text messages in direct response to your inbound call or voicemail.

How the System Works

When you call our business phone number and we're unable to answer:

  • You will be prompted to leave a voicemail
  • Our system will send you one automated text message confirming we received your message
  • The text will include our estimated callback time (typically within 3 hours)
  • A member of our team will call you back from our business line: 508-455-0053

Message Frequency: One-time response per call. We do not send recurring messages, promotional offers, or marketing texts.

Consent

By calling Alternative Heating Solutions, you provide implied consent to receive a text message response related to your inquiry. Your consent is limited to:

  • Voicemail confirmation messages
  • Callback time estimates
  • Service-related follow-ups directly connected to your inquiry

We will only text the phone number from which you called us. We do not use your number for any other purpose.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and your device's availability.

Privacy & Data Use

Your mobile phone number and any information you provide will only be used to respond to your service inquiry. We will not:
